Complaints

Making a complaint

We work hard as a school to try to always provide the best we can for our community, but we acknowledge that sometimes we might not always get it right.

All concerns and complaints raised with us will be taken seriously, and all staff are committed to working in partnership with children, young people and their parents or carers to ensure positive outcomes are achieved.

Our staff will be made aware of their responsibility to respond to any concerns or complaints received in a prompt and positive way. It is always our aim to resolve complaints quickly at the first point of contact when you speak to us, but sometimes we understand that you may need to raise a complaint formally. In this instance, you should follow the process set out in our complaints procedure.
